In response to an inefficient, manual-heavy legacy platform, we delivered a comprehensive web application, a scalable design system, and high-fidelity mockups—working closely with developers and stakeholders to optimize workflows and support long-term growth.
Building a
robust design system
I created a design system based on the components we built. ABC Academy of Music already had a brand guide, so our goal was to expand the existing guideline into a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Feature #1
Multi-state button
We introduced a new calendar feature that utilizes a ‘multi-state button’ which visually represents the current status of each appointment. This process allows user to quickly identify and manage tasks.
Feature #2
Service Designer
The service designer allows the admin to conveniently organize and modify pre-sets outside the builder for a more automated service creation flow. The ability to edit details such as service type, descriptions, pricing, and waitlists are included in a streamlined user experience.

Digital Waivers
We replaced the manual waiver collection with an effortless digital signing process, making it faster and more efficient for both staff and clients.
Reflection
